We strive for a convenient, smooth and reliable publishing experience for academic researchers, scholars and professionals. Our service operates on certain terms and conditions, and all clients must agree to those before commencing with our services. Any commitment to the service will be considered as the client’s agreement with these terms and conditions. Hence, all clients are requested to thoroughly review it before any advancements.

Definitions

• All mentions of Service, We, Us and Our refer to the Gulf Journal Publisher.
• Any mention of the client refers to the organisation or individuals who use our services.

Service Scope

The service does not guarantee in any way the success of research publication. We perform to our potential. However, the final decision depends on the journal’s editorial team and the reviewers' committee.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and original work.
• In case of any third party material (images, tables, copyrighted content), it is the duty of the client to obtain necessary permission.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

• The service offers strict confidentiality for all drafts and client data.
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
• No information will be shared with third parties except as required by the law.

Intellectual Property

• Clients reserve full intellectual property rights to their research work at any time.
• The service claims no right whatsoever at any stage over the material or final manuscript.

Payment Terms

• Clients are required to submit full service fees before the service commencement unless otherwise agreed.
• We will not proceed with the order unless we receive a receipt from the client side.
• The service accepts payments via various secure approved channels (bank transfer, credit card, online gateways compliant with Gulf regulations). We will receive payments through these channels mentioned on our website.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the commencement of the service. However, given the nature of our work, we can not refund full amount once our professional has started working on your order.

Refund Policy

• The service only issues the refund if the service is not delivered based on the agreed-upon scope.
• We may process partial refunds in case of incomplete or cancelled services. However, it is subject to the committee’s review and decision.
• We do not offer refunds if the paper is rejected by the journal after the submission services. We cannot guarantee acceptance from the journal.

Refund Request Timeline

All refund requests must be made within three days of the order delivery. Any request beyond that timeline will not be accepted.

Turnaround Time

• The service estimates delivery timelines at the time of project confirmation.
• We take no responsibility for the service getting delayed due to client inactivity, late responses, or incomplete information.

Compliance with Academic Ethics

• The service is strict regarding academic integrity and does not encourage any such practices.
• Clients must use our services ethically and not submit edited work as “ghostwritten” material, as it violates university or journal policies.

Limitation of Liability

• The service is, by no means, liable for journal rejection, loss of reputation, or academic penalties arising from the use of our services.
• Our service liability is limited only to the particular amount that the clients pay.
